South Summit High School Agriculture Lab Remodel 2. South Summit High School Dry-Pipe Fire Sprinkler Replacement (Main Lines) 3. South Summit Middle School Door Replacement It is agreed by the parties to the contract that if the Contractor shall fail to complete his work on or before the date set for substantial completion, or extension thereof granted by the Owner, damage will be sustained by the Owner and that it is, and will be, impracticable and extremely difficult to fix the actual damage with the Owner will sustain in the event of and by reason of such delays. It is, therefore, agreed that the Contractor will pay the Owner liquidated damages in the sum of $1,000.00 per calendar day, for each day the Contractor shall be in default. The Contractor agrees that any sums which; may be due the Owner as liquidated damages, may be deducted from any monies due, or to become due, the Contractor under the contract or may be collected from the Contractor's Surety. 1.
