The Town of Egremont is requesting proposals for grant administration services for its CDBG FY21 CDBG Program that includes housing rehabilitation in the towns of Egremont, Great Barrington and Monterey. Minimum qualifications are: five years of successful experience in grant administration, including projects of similar scale and scope; and evidence of suitable insurance coverage for such services. Selection criteria are included in the detailed Request for Proposals. Respondents must comply with all applicable civil rights and employment opportunity laws. The Town of Egremont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal which best meets the criteria set by the Town. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
