PROJECT NO. 1210608 The Work includes the construction of a new 3 MG AWWA D110, Type 1, prestressed concrete reservoir; reservoir inlet, outlet, underdrain, drain, overflow, and washdown piping; connections to existing yard piping; temporary piping, electrical and SCADA connections during construction; landscaping, restoration and irrigation; electrical, instrumentation and controls; testing, disinfection, commissioning and startup. Work includes mechanical improvements to the existing Outlet Valve Vault; excavation, backfill, earthwork; asphalt access roads and asphalt restoration associated with construction of new facilities; and all other work required to complete this project as defined in the drawings and specifications. Only the Prequalified General Contractors from the City's Statement of Qualifications Pool are allowed to submit a bid to this request. Bonding Range for this project is $4,700,000 to $5,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Time is of the essence.
