ndian Circle Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct, but not limited to the following: 640 ft of 8 inch sanitary sewer and appurtenances, 187 ft 6 sanitary laterals, two sanitary manholes, two connections to the existing sanitary system, ten lateral connections, one private grinder pump station, 65 ft. of 1.25 private forcemain, bypass pumping, tree removal, and site restoration. Engineers Estimate of Probable Construction Cost: $82,000.00 Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of 5% of the amount Bid or a Bid bond in the amount of 100% of the amount Bid. Bid bonds provided from this contract shall be underwritten by a surety that is licensed by the State of Ohio superintendence of insurance to execute such bond in the state. All bonds shall affirmatively state on their face that the surety is authorized to execute bonds in the state and that liability incurred is within the limits of Section 3929.02 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid bond shall be made payable to the Village of West Lafayette and shall serve as a guarantee that in the event the proposal is accepted and a contract is awarded to the successful bidder, the contract will be executed by the bidder from the Bond submitted with the Bid. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.
