Renovation of an educational facility in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Roof System Replacement at the Music & Multimedia Building in accordance with the bid specifications, documents, and drawings. Each bid must include Bid Security, a deposit with the bid or surety in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations. The bidder shall be required to comply in all respects with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and Chapter 49, Title 16, of the Pennsylvania Code and any other regulations promulgated hereunder. Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall be cognizant as to all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, underwriter approval and shall include in his bid a sum to cover the cost of all items included in the specification and pertinent documents.
