The Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 20 (District) is inviting Geomembrane Liner Installation Firms (Firms) to submit a qualification package to prequalify for the geomembrane liner installation work for construction of the Palmdale Water Reclamation Plant Storage Reservoir No. 3 (Project). Question Cut-Off Date: 03/18/2022. The proposed Project will be constructed at an existing reservoir site located to the east of 115th St East between Avenues L and M in the City of Palmdale, CA. The proposed Project will store recycled water produced from the Palmdale Water Reclamation Plant. The storage reservoir is proposed to have an estimated floor area of 36 acres and approximately 21-foot high earthen embankments with 3:1 (horizontal to vertical) side slopes. The bottom and side slopes of the reservoirs are proposed to be lined with high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane liners (GML).
