Contract No. 6038-22-01 consists of the cleaning and televising approximately 49,961 L.F. of 8 gravity sewer lines, restoration,appurtenances,and all related work.Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents.The project is locatedin Conemaugh Township, CambriaCounty, Pennsylvania The project is being financed with local funds. Not less than the minimum salariesand wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within 120consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
