Demolition and site work for a residential development in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Demolish fire-damaged building at 854/858 Main Street, haul away debris, and other services required to abate the nuisance. Contractor shall: Demolish the Building. The Building is approximately forty-six feet (46') by seventy feet (70') and is single-story with a basement and approximately thirteen feet (13') by twenty-two feet (22') south addition. The Building is constructed of brick and wood. The demolition shall include removal of the entire Building of secure solid brick to one foot (1') below floor grade and removal of all combustible materials and debris from the adjoining buildings' walls. Contractor may be required to cut brick or hand remove brick at adjoining buildings' walls to ensure no further damage to adjoining buildings occurs. Contractor shall dispose of all demolition debris at an approved location. Provide fencing, safety barriers, and traffic control as needed. Cap utilities and floor drains. Contractor shall break out areas of the basement floor to allow drainage. This shall be a minimum of six inch (6") holes at six foot (6') on center of the concrete basement floor. Contractor shall have such work and all other associated work inspected and approved by City prior to cover. Fill voided below grade void and compact to ninety-five percent (95%) of proctor. Contractor shall provide special inspections for fill to City. Such work shall stabilize adjoining buildings and public rights-of-way. Cap final fill with concrete or asphalt to provide a final grade that provides positive drainage of one percent (1%) or better from adjoining buildings and Main Street to the south alleyway of the Property for stormwater. The piped stormwater drainage system approved by City is the basin in the alley behind the Property. Keep the Property safe and clean and the sidewalk and alleyway clean and swept as needed. Contractor shall not track materials onto roadway surfaces. Obtain any permits required for the project.
