The City of Aransas Pass is seeking Request for Proposals for a Limited License Agreement for the use of the Softball Complex for the period beginning March 2022 up until the construction begins on the field grading project in late summer. Please submit all questions in writing to the City Secretary, 600 W. Cleveland, Aransas Pass, Texas 78336, or via email at: citysecretary@aptx.gov The City of Aransas Pass is seeking Request for Proposals for a Limited License Agreement for the use of the Softball Complex for a period beginning March 2022 up until the construction begins on the field grading project. Construction on fields will most likely begin in late summer. Leasee will only be responsible for paying fees for the months fields are in use. The limited license agreement will include: The exclusive use of the concession stand during game events The exclusive use of the softball fields on days agreed upon by the City and the Proposal.
