**We are requesting that you split both jobs up into their own separate price.** **NOTE: All of the existing flooring in the Police Station is covering asbestos-containing mastic. Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. intends to subcontract with companies to provide Construction Services for the furnishing, fabrication, construction, and / or installation of the scope of work outlined in the construction documents. The work includes, but is not limited to demolition, earthwork, concrete, pavement markings, masonry, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, casework and countertops, sealants, insulation, metal panels, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, aluminum storefronts, glazing, resilient flooring and base, concrete floor sealer, painting, graphics and signage, fire extinguishers, pre-engineered aluminum canopies, PEMB structures, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, access control, low voltage systems, septic systems, utilities, and all related work as defined by the documents included herein Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc., is requesting subcontractor and supplier bids for the City of Aransas Pass New Fire Station and Police Department Renovation project.
