The Village of Lake Zurich is accepting sealed bids to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for resurfacing improvements at Oak Ridge Park Basketball Court, 351 Lions Drive, Lake Zurich Illinois 60047. The Village of Lake Zurich reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any technicality, informality or irregularity in the proposals received, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional proposals or counter-proposals and to hold the proposal for sixty (60) days from the opening date set forth above. The Village further reserves the right in its sole discretion to award the proposal to the most responsible bidder whose offer best responds in quality, fitness and capacity to the requirements of the proposed work or usage and therefore is in the best interest of the Village.
