Site work for a civil project in Sinton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

SAN PATRICIO COUNTY reserves the right to waive or reject any or all Bids or any and all irregularities in said bid(s) and to accept the bid considered most advantageous to the County. Supplemental Information to Advertisement for Bids Bid and Contract documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications are on file and available for inspection at the San Patricio County Engineer's Office ("Elections Office") 410 W. Market Street, Sinton, Texas 78387. Bidders are expected to thoroughly inspect the site of work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions. A certified check or bank draft payable to SAN PATRICIO COUNTY or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The project consists of the removal, replacement, and installation of drainage structures including driveway culverts, crossing culverts, winged headwalls, and inlets. The project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the General Land Office (GLO) under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. Adherence to the San Patricio County Section 3 Policy is required for contracts and subcontracts in excess of $100,000.00. All contractors and subcontractors must be cleared (not suspended or debarred) prior to any formal action authorizing the award of a contract to the contractor. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bids may be held by for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
