PROPOSAL FORM FOR: Charlevoix Elementary School Gymnasium backboards Background: A) Charlevoix Public Schools seeks proposals from vendors to design and install four (4) gymnasium practice court ceiling hung basketball backboards with breakaway rims, edgepads, electrical backboard height adjusters, electric winches and safety straps. All necessary hardware to mount to arch beams. B) Alternate Items: Charlevoix Public Schools seeks proposals from vendors to design and install two (2) main court glass backboards including edge padding, breakaway rims and add electric height adjusters. This design may include using existing mounting hardware. Work Task: Complete the following tasks: Assess - Assess the location(s) of all system components, considering all parameters and conditions that might affect the installation and use of the system. A site visit is highly recommended. Design - Design the new backboards to work in the gymnasium space. Install - Install the system to complete operation and provide owner training.
