The City of Topeka is soliciting bids for a formal construction project to include the installation of a 6'' PVC watermain and 2'' HDPE service line located at the Meier Industrial area. Q And A Open: 3/4/2022 3:46:00 AM Q And A Close: 3/16/2022 3:30:00 AM All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. Owner reservesthe right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder within the limitations oftheCode ofthe City of Topeka. Owner reserves the right to reject all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional Bids.
