Renovation of a mixed-use development in Maplewood, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 22,000-square-foot library.
Interior renovation for Ramsey County Library - Maplewood Branch with primary intent of addressing acoustical concerns, relocating collection areas, providing more meeting space, replacing all finishes, upgrading lighting and reworking mechanical/electrical services to suit the new configuration. As of November 4, 2022, the general contractor is accepting bids for all trades. Interested sub-contractors should contact Zach Hermer. Singular notations shall be considered plural where plural application is reasonably inferable. Mention or indication of extend of work under work division or specification section is done only for convenience of Contractor and shall not be construed as describing all work required under that Division or Section.
