**As of August 08, 2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** Upgrade Fuel Management System at SCI Camp Hill, The contract term shall commence upon execution and receipt of purchase order or May 25, 2022, whichever is later, and shall terminate June 30, 2023. Furthermore, both parties may agree to renew this contract before termination date of June 30, 2023. The renewed contract shall have the same terms and conditions set forth in the original contract. If such renewals are requested, the Contractor shall provide written notification of the contract renewal to SCI-Camp Hill no later than May 30, 2023 of each year that the contract is to be renewed.
