The Lower Allen Township Development Authority (LATDA) seeks bids from qualified Contractors to construct the Site Improvements at the Lower Allen Commons located at 3525 Gettysburg Rd, Camp Hill, PA. LATDA is committed to providing opportunities for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), and Women Business Enterprises (WBE). LATDA encourages MBE and WBE firms to submit a bid for the Work and all bidders to proactively solicit MBE and WBE firms in the bidding and subcontracting process. The work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract and consists of the construction of certain site improvements related to the development of the former Bon-Ton and Borders store site. Improvements include but are not limited to the installation of new storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water systems, earthwork, grading, paving, site concrete, site lighting, utility services (electric/gas), and other improvements related to the development of the site. These improvements are separated into three components: 1. Common Area Improvements 2. Unit / Lot 3 Improvements for the 17,300 sf Retail Center 3. Offsite Sanitary Sewer Improvements Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. A Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The referenced project is subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Prevailing Wage Rates.
