Clarification Deadline: 1/31/2020 5:00 PM The Owner reserves the right to award the contract within ninety (90) days from the date bids were opened. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
