The Borough of Camp Hill (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: The Project includes the following work: The lining of approximately 1,350 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer force main, replacement of an existing manhole and all other work specified in the contract documents. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via online. The Borough of Camp Hill reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough of Camp Hill, and to reject any or all proposals. The Work will be substantially complete within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 30 days after the date of Substantial Completion.
