Renovation of a municipal facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of RTU-1 & RTU-3, at the Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road. The lowest responsible bidder may be selected at a public meeting of the Board of Commissioners to be held May 9th, 2022, at 6 P.M. at the offices listed above in Gorgas Hall. All work shall be completed by October 31, 2022. Proposals must be submitted upon forms furnished by the Board of Commissioners and must be accompanied by certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Lower Allen Township. The project cost is anticipated to be at least $25,000.00, therefore, provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
