Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents which shall be submitted intact. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check of Certified Check, made payable to the Town of Dover in the amount of 10% of the highest aggregate alternate/option bid submitted, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) must accompany each Bid Proposal, together with a Surety Consent evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful Bidder shall be required to deliver to the Town an executed Performance Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Statement of Ownership In addition, Bidders must comply with the provisions of Title 11 of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, Proposals must be placed in sealed envelopes and delivered in person to the Town of Dover, 37 N. Sussex Street, Dover, New Jersey 07801, with the Proposal description and the name and address of the Bidder marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the Proposal received and to accept the Proposal which is in the best interest of the Town.
