**As of May 3, 2022 this project has been rejected due to the cost and currently there are no plans on rebidding at this time.** As of 03/24/2022 This project has not been awarded. Proposals must be on the forms furnished and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Labor Compliance is mandatory.
