Base bid includes demolition of the existing roof, installation of a new metal roofing system including replacement of all roof vents and mechanical flashing, and replacement of existing roof edge flashing. Existing metal building roof insulation shall remain in place, with selected demo to repair any damaged areas. The existing insulation and bird netting at the covered dock location is to be removed and replaced with new. All new metal exterior gutters to be installed, as well as selected removal and reinstall of existing metal cladding on walls and fascias as required to facilitate installation of the new roof.
