City of Lacey Department of Community Development issued a determination of non significance relative to the environmental impact of the following described proposal: Application , City of Lacey to replace existing wastewater Lift Station 3 due to age (built in 1969), aging equipment, limited site access, located in shoulder/right-of-way causing limited site access and safety issues for City operations/maintenance crews, and permit-confined space entry. The work will also include an electrical building and standby generator. It is on 0.22 ac site that is relatively flat in a residential neighborhood. It has a paved access driveway and will have a perimeter fence to restrict public access. The site address he site address is 2404 Golf Club Rd SE, Lacey, WA 98503. The parcel number is 63500202000 and it is located in Section 29, Township 18N, Range 1W, Lacey, Thurston County, Washington. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
