Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project No. 1G-2202004 Bids are requested for construction of pickleball courts at the city's Northeast Regional Park. A summary of the work includes the following trades: site clearing and preparation, asphalt paving, pickleball court surface and accessories, chain link fencing and gates, landscaping, bleachers and picnic tables. A proposed schedule for the work must be included with each bid. The selection process will be evaluated to determine if the CONTRACTOR'S proposal meets all criteria for consideration, project understanding and project requirements. The lowest proposal will not necessarily be the one chosen for the services. The City reserves the right to reject all quotes, award the agreement, interview contractors, negotiate the specific terms of the agreement, and make other adjustments as required in consultation with the successful contractor. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the set time for bidding. Bids must be accompanied with a Bid Bond or Certified Check, payable without condition to the City of Oconomowoc, in the amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder prior to project start.
