Walk Behind Latex Pavement Marking Program: The City of Oconomowoc is requesting Bids for furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment & materials for installing pavement markings including line & stencil work, symbols, crosswalks & curb (face & top) in the City. Bids shall be written on basis of unit prices per lineal foot or per each item which are set forth in the Form of Bid Proposal & in the specifications. Awarded contractor shall file a Performance & Payment Bond & Insurance Certificate(s). No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening of the Bids without consent of the City. The City reserves the right to accept/award the proposal it deems the most advantageous & serves the best interests of the project & City. A Bidders Qualification Questionnaire must also be submitted with the Bid. The work to be done under this contract consists of providing and furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, all utility and transportation services and all incidental items necessary and all appurtenant work to install latex pavement markings including line and stencil work (symbols), crosswalks, parking stalls, and curb (face & top) in, throughout and for the City of Oconomowoc and to complete the entire project to the City of Oconomowoc's satisfaction. All work must be done by August 26, 2022.
