Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,500-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 27,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Hauser Hall Renovations - Restore the Core and Phase 2 Renovation and Expansion Total construction cost is currently estimated to be approximately $12,500,000. The total project costs are estimated to be be approximately $17,000,000 which includes design fees, construction management fees, escalation, other owner costs, and contingencies. This project is for a major renovation and expansion of the existing Hauser Hall on the Winston-Salem State University campus in Winston-Salem. The project will consist of a comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural elements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, civil engineering, utility connections, landscaping and building envelope repairs. The expansion of approximately 8,500 SF (+/-) will incorporate a band room and choral room. Project Budget $17,000,000
