Site work for a civil project in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification is to identify a list of prequalified Contractors to complete works (rehabilitation and/or replacement) on bridges and culverts owned or under maintenance control of the County of Brant. The pre-qualification process will be based on evaluating the information provided by each Contractor against the County's specified criteria. The County shall make reference checks and may submit requests for additional information without limitations. The County shall also use appraisals from previous County projects and may use past experiences in the evaluation process. Contractors are invited to submit their qualifications for bridge and culvert projects as described in this document. Successful Contractors will be short-listed and will be invited to submit tenders for bridge and culvert projects throughout the 2022, 2023 and 2024 construction seasons. It is the intention of the County that only pre-qualified Contractors will be allowed to bid on the bridge and culvert projects.
