The Forest Hills School District is soliciting proposals for the selection of an Energy Services Contracting Organization (ESCO) packages. This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains information and requirements for Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to prepare and submit a Proposal for a guaranteed energy savings contract, for the Forest Hills School District, in accordance with the guaranteed energy savings contract requirements of Act 57 of 1998, as amended by: Act 77 of 2004, Act 39 of 2010, and Act 163 of 2016. Forest Hills School District invites sealed proposals for Energy Conservation Services, in accordance with the provisions in the Request for Proposals, Terms and Conditions, Instructions to Proposers, as set forth herein and in applicable Pennsylvania State Law. Proposals must be identified as a sealed proposal in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for submitting proposals. Please provide an original and six copies.Proposals shall be shown only to personnel having a legitimate interest in them or persons assisting in the evaluation. Forest Hills School District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a proposal not properly addressed or identified. This project may use funding from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding sources. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
