As of April 3, 2024, this project is in design development. Tentative bidding is summer 2024 with construction starting early 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Project Description One-Two Sentences K.R. Williams Auditorium is an existing 2 story, 37,660 SF auditorium building, with a 1,632 seating capacity, built in 1975. The project will consist of a comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural elements, seating, stage lighting, stage suspension/rigging, audio visual design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, civil engineering, utility connections, landscaping, and building envelope repairs. An expansion of 43,000 SF will be provided for an increased multi-story lobby space, inclusion of pertinent auditorium related program enhancements, and for collaborative arts The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
