Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 30 days after completion of project The purpose of asking questions during the site visit is to obtain clarification to the enclosed Project Scope. In the event that modifications are needed to the Project Scope, the modifications will be distributed by the FLDDSO Business Office to all vendors. Vendors are to prepare and submit their bids based on the written Project Scope and any modifications made in writing. Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to Fl.Procurement@opwdd.ny.gov within 2 business of the site visit. Vendors will receive a response within 2 business days after the deadline for submitting questions. All questions and answers will be e-mailed to all vendors that attended the mandatory site visit.
