COMMISSION will be seeking Federal Emergency Management Agency funding for this project. Bidders are encouraged to review the sample contract and Oregon Statutory Public Contract Provisions included in this ITB to be aware of FEMA requirements for Contractors. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident, as defined in ORS 279A.120. COMMISSION does not guarantee any amount of work as a result of this Invitation to Bid. COMMISSION reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in a bid or in the opening and may cancel the procurement in accordance with ORS 279B.100. Award of the procurement will be subject to approval of the Board of Water Commissioners.
