Pursuant to the policies and procedures of the Development Authority of the North Country ("Authority"), the Authority is seeking Proposals from qualified firms including New York State certified MBE/WBE and Section 3 firms to perform lead risk assessments, lead based paint inspections and lead based paint clearances for occupied areas of residential structures for the St. Lawrence County 2021 CDBG Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program.
