The College shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by any data required by the Bidding Documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular SCOPE OF WORK: This solicitation is to demo and remove foil wrap membrane and insulation from all duct work on the exterior of the campus using commercial grade material at Delgado Community College's Maritime and Industrial Training Facility (Fire School) located at 13200 Gentilly Road, New Orleans, LA 70129. All work to be performed to normal practices of the trades and manufacturer's specifications of all materials used. Pricing must include all labor, materials, tools and supervision necessary to complete the job. Work to be completed within (90) days from receipt of a purchase order. 1. Demo and remove foil wrap membrane and insulation from all duct work on the exterior of the Maritime Fire School. 2. Clean and prep existing duct work to install new Midwest Insulation Anchors and self-locking washers. 3. Install insulation anchors using IHA-177 Insulation Hanger Adhesive. 4. Install new John Manville 800 Series Spin-Glas Fiber Glass Duct and Equipment Insulation on existing duct work. 5. Wrap 800 Series Insulation with Flex Clad 400 Duct and Pipe Waterproofing Membrane using 1525CW FSK insulation tape. 6. All old duct work insulation and membrane shall be removed from site. 7. Site shall be cleaned of all other insulation debris
