As of April 4, 2022, the project was awarded to Heiberger Paving, Inc., the anticipated start date is on May 23,2022 and End date is on August 2022. Sealed bids will be received by the Ridgemont Local School District Board of Education ("Board"), as provided in this notice for the Track Improvements Project (the "Project") Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Todd Thackery, SHP at tthackery@shp.com. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility The total estimated construction cost for the base bid is $542,000.00.
