Reference number : 1578488 Review Title : Measurement of forest research plots - Mandate Category 02 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks (MFFP), through its Forest Research Department (DRF), wishes to award a contract to a service provider for the measurement of forest research plots. The territories covered by this call for submissions affect the administrative regions of Bas St-Laurent (01), Outaouais (07), Chaudière-Appalaches (12), Lanaudière (14) and Laurentides (15). This call for submissions aims to carry out measurements of forest research plots for a Category 02 mandate . Unless there is an agreement with the Department, work on this call for tenders will begin around July 1, 2022 and end no later than October 15, 2022. The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec, an establishment where it exercises its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. In addition, please note that the project manager must be a permanent resource of the service provider. The service provider must be qualified on the PQ-SONDAGE-2022-02 list for carrying out forest inventory projects. The submitted tender must remain valid for a period of 45 days following the time and date set for the receipt of tenders. The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
