US 129 EMERGENCY SEWER REPAIR. The City of Live Oak is seeking proposals from licensed contractors to provide labor to perform emergency repairs to approximately 400 LF of collapsed pipe located at approximately 903 Ohio Ave N, Live Oak, FL 32064. The scope of this emergency repair project will include, but not be limited to the following: - Remove and dispose of approximately 400 LF of 6" bituminized fiber pipe. - Removal and replacement of approximately 150 CY of unsuitable soils (earthwork). - Installation of approximately 420 LF of 6" gravity sewer (DR-35), including couplings. - Installation of three (3) 4" service laterals and cleanouts. - Installation of approximately 450 LF of 2" water main (schedule 80), including fittings. -Installation of two (2) 2" ball valves with 2" operating nut and valve box. - Installation of one (1) 3/4 " water service - Installation of approximately 235 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk. - Installation of approximately 280 SY of sod. - Required Maintenance of Traffic.
