As of April 25, 2022, project was awarded to Asphalt Services, Inc., awarded amount is $507,916.84. This project entails all material, equipment, labor, and incidentals to conduct Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation (RRR), striping, marking, base repair and limited ADA sidewalk improvements for City of Fairhope roadway segments and/or parking surfaces contained in Bid Number 021-22 City-Wide Road Repair, Resurfacing and Striping Project. It is expected that the winning bidder can complete this project in ninety (90) calendar days no exceptions for holidays following a fifteen (15) day Notice to Proceed Period. Questions or comments pertaining to this bid must be presented in writing, sent as e-mail to the attention of the Purchasing Manager, Cory Pierce, 555 South Section St., Fairhope, AL 36532, e-mail: Purchasing@FairhopeAL.gov, by Friday, March 11, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. or will be forever waived.
