Renovation of a detention facility in Barboursville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
To supply 24"x24" Commercial Grade Carpet Tiles, 4" Commercial Cove Base and installation on both. The Robert Shell Juvenile Center is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the one-time purchase for the removal and installation of flooring in Units A, B, C, Control, and Day Rooms. Vendor will be responsible for the removal of furniture, existing carpet and cove base in the areas outlined in Exhibit B, C, D, E, and F. Vendor will install new carpet tiles and cove base in these areas as well. Upon completion of the installation the Vendor will be responsible for returning the furniture to these areas.
