Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Horicon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bids shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Horicon in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, the Contract Performance and Payment, and Insurance Certificate(s), as required by the Contract Documents, within 15 days after the Notice of Award of the Contract by the City of Horicon. Failure on the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond to the City of Horicon as liquidated damages. The City of Horicon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time for opening bids. The Contractor must comply with Sections 66.0901 of the Wisconsin State Statutes concerning bidding. Letting of the contract is subject to Sections 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes as applicable.
