The Forest Preserve District of Cook County (FPDCC) invites vendors to supply HVAC supply parts for the FPDCC. Interested vendors must guarantee all parts and supplies are in new and working condition. The FPDCC is interested in establishing competitive pricing. The competitive pricing must be the same for both cost of parts listed and cost of parts not listed but covered herein. If you have any questions, please email fpd.purchasing@cookcountyil.gov. Questions must be received by 03/10/2022 If this bid is accepted by the District within 30 days from date of opening, bidder offers and agrees to furnish any or all of the items upon which prices are quoted, at the price and delivery time stated, subject to all terms and conditions endorsed hereon. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids; to waive a formality in bids; to award by item or class. Bidders cannot limit the acceptance of bid to less than 30 days Bidders are cautioned to verify their bids before submission. No bid may be withdrawn or changed after it has been opened. In case of error in extension, unit price will govern Bid price must reflect any delivery charges to point designated. Title is to pass at delivery point Materials and services purchased by Forest Preserve of Cook County are exempt by virtue of exemption identification number E999708636-06 from Retailers Occupation Tax, the Service Occupation Tax (both state and local), and the Use Tax and the Service Use Tax as required by Illinois law.
