The City of Inglewood is seeking proposals from qualified firms to manage and implement the Minor Home Rehabilitation Program. The Program is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with Community Development Block (CDBG) funds. The Program targets low-income single-family homeowners with incomes at or below 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). Approximately, $500,000 in CDBG funds has been allocated and the City anticipates the completion of 25-30 projects by September 30, 2023, the end of the City's fiscal year. The City intends to enter into a two-year agreement with the selected firm. The contract will be reevaluated after four (4) months into the Agreement to assess the level and quality of service provided under the terms of the Agreement at the sole discretion of the City, the selected firm may be offered a maximum of a two-year contract extension depending on available federal funding.
