Custer County is requesting sealed bids for the following items of supply effective for the period of March 10, 2022 and ending December 31, 2023. This project consists of the following: Gravel Base Course 1. Creston Area 40,000 tons plus or minus 2. Stapp Pit 60,000 tons plus or minus Bids may be withdrawn up to 24 hours prior to bid opening. Custer County, as deemed in the best interest of the County, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technical irregularities in the bidding. The County also reserves all other statutory rights including the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as may be determined by the County, and the right to reject any and all bids.
