The City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities (City) is inviting qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the preparation of environmental documents, design and generation of project plans and specifications, and support during bidding and construction of Materials Storage Buildings at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF).
