Services will be on an on-call basis and will include but are not limited to providing all necessary environmental planning, engineering and inspection services necessary to deliver projects within the Public Works Capital Program. The City's Capital Program includes a variety of funding sources, which includes federal funding and therefore NEPA clearance is often required on Projects. Regardless which agency is the lead agency on a particular project, the City desires on-call assistance to complete environmental assessments and analysis, to prepare environmental documents and notices, complete technical studies, and provide mitigation monitoring and inspection. Detailed statements shall be rendered monthly and will be payable in the normal course of City business. The City of Fresno reserves the right to accept or reject any SOQ's, and to negotiate with any qualified consultant, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this solicitation for SOQ's.
