The City of Fresno (City), Department of Public Utilities (DPU) is requesting SOQs from corrosion engineering firms (Consultants) for cathodic protection system survey services, inclusive of corrosion evaluations, mitigation recommendations, as well as subsequent annual inspections and reporting on its water and recycled water conveyance infrastructure (System) at locations citywide.
