Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the replacement of gas water heaters in Maverick Village apartments. Contractor will need to remove and dispose of existing units, furnish and install new units complete including all necessary piping, fittings and flues. The Contractor is also responsible for re-connection of all HVAC piping if removed for the installation of new water heaters. Water heaters consist of 96 apartment units, 8 communal areas and 1 clubhouse unit. Please note that apartments will be occupied during the duration of this project. The awardee indicated in this message shall not commence any billable work until a contract has been fully executed by both parties and/or a Purchase Order has been issued by the University.
