Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dewey Beach, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for The Munchy Branch Road MultiUse Trail. Project involves the addition of a 2' shoulder, 4" and 6" concrete curb with closed drainage, and an 8-footwide concrete bicycle/pedestrian trail from Seaside Boulevard to Field Lane, on the southeast side of the road. Curb ramps and crosswalk striping will also be provided at intersecting side streets. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. All work on this contract must be complete within 96 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 12 Weather Days. The Department Will Issue a Notice to Proceed for Work to Start on May 16, 2022.
