Description: Enter a clear & concise narrative description of the action being posted (Note: Suggested format only. "Unprotect" document and modify as appropriate.) Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called "LLNS") is seeking sources for the performance of a Build Only Project Building 321A Radiological & Material Characterization Capabilities Revitalization in support of LLNS' requirements. The services will entail the demo and construction of approximately 2800 sq ft of office space and 8330 sq ft of light lab space in an existing building. Scope includes architectural demo and put back of the office area and demo and put back of mechanical and electrical systems and installation of structural pads to support new equipment in the light lab space. All mechanical equipment on the roof will be demoed and replaced, existing electrical service will be re-used. Emergency back up power generation will be installed. Rad exhaust systems through HEPA filtration will be installed on the roof supporting the light lab space. Only contractors that have considerable expertise and experience in similar construction, have installed HEPA filtration systems, and who possess the necessary contractor qualifications, see attached prequalification invitation, will be considered. Interested contractors should submit prequalification information, safety questionnaire and a completed representative/certification form via e-mail to Daniela Pac, at pac1@llnl.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
