Bids will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein and addressed to the County of Hunterdon, Division of Purchasing, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Bldg. #1, P.O. Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, and clearly marked on the outside "SEALED BID" 2022-03, GUIDE RAIL IMPROVEMENTS. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunterdon. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law.
